We are Tim & Deborah Kurtz. We are a fourth generation dairy farm in Elverson, PA, located east of Morgantown, in the southernmost tip of Berks County.
Our family has recently undertaken the step of expanding our dairy farm. Construction began September 27, 2012 on a 225 cow robotic dairy barn. This barn has been nicknamed the "Smart Barn".
Through out the next year you will read and see the transformation of a corn field into a state-of-the-art dairy facility.
Our desire is to be able to provide our community with the assurance that our milk is produced in an environment that is healthy for our animals. We value stewardship of our natural resources, such as air, water and soil. We are implementing new technologies in our barn, to insure that those resources are preserved and improved.
